We are proud to provide one of the most experienced Service Departments in the Midwest. Our schooled and professionally trained technicians are qualified to answer any questions you might have and we boast both an In-Field Service Manager and an In-Store Service Coordinator. It is our goal to provide quick service to those who have placed their trust in our products.

In-The-Field Service Manager

Brian is one of the old guard here at Eastgate Pools. He arrived on the scene as a teenager and has made this his life's work.

Brian has a vast knowledge of the inner workings of all our products and his knowledge plus his soothing, calm personality put our customers at ease. No one wants their product broken or inoperable but generally Brian can get you up and running in a matter of minutes.

Brian's Qualifications

  • 26 years of service with Eastgate Pools
  • 10 years as Service Manager
  • Oversees staff of 6 - 10 Associates
  • 100% of day spent in field - troubleshooting and servicing all products Eastgate sells as well as installing a good portion of new product sales
  • National Pool and Spa Tech and ANSI Certified
  • Imperial Pools Legacy Builder Service Tech Certified
  • Marquis Spa Master Tech Certified
  • MAXX/DM Spa Master Tech Certified
  • AGA (American Gas Association) Certified
  • Pentair Pool Products Workshop Certified

In-Store Service Coordinator

Tim has one of the toughest jobs in the entire company - let's face it - no one is happy when something breaks! He is efficient in his work, fair and has a pleasant personality. He keeps our crews organized and on-time because we know your time is important. We always try to maintain our time frames and we will always do our best to get you up and running that day.

Tim's Qualifications

  • 10 years of service with Eastgate Pools
  • 5 years as Service Coordinator
  • 5 years as Service Tech Crew Leader
  • Oversees scheduling of all service work and new installations, troubleshooting over the phone and is the in-store liason between techs in the field and our customers
  • Assists in helping our walk-in customers with service issues
  • In charge of keeping stock on parts so we can get you up and running quickly
  • National Pool and Spa Tech and ANSI Certified
  • Imperial Pools Legacy Builder Service Tech Certified
  • Marquis Spa Master Tech Certified
  • MAXX/DM Spa Master Tech Certified
